Pranpriya Manoban was born in Bangkok, Thailand, on March 27, 1997. Early on her name was changed to Lalisa. Lalisa attended an English school in Bangkok and took dance lessons at the same time. When the first YG Entertainment-Audition in Thailand took place in 2010, Lisa reached place 1. She was the first non-Korean member of the entertainment giant. After four years as a Trainee with YG, Lisa debuted as a rapper, singer and dancer with the girl group Blackpink in 2016. Lisa speaks fluently Thai, Korean, Japanese and English. Her stepfather, Marco Brüschweiler, comes from Switzerland and is a certified master chef.
